1. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and recordings shared during the program are the exclusive intellectual property of LIFT. Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the program without prior written consent. This includes video sessions, slides, worksheets, and proprietary frameworks.
2. Non-Refundable Payment
All payments made for this program are non-refundable. Once registration is confirmed and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance or withdrawal from the program.
3. Non-Transferable Access
Access to the program is granted solely to the individual who registered. It may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another person without prior written approval from the organizers.
4. Community Guidelines
We are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all Mastermind participants. By joining, you agree to:
- Contribute to a safe, trustworthy, and respectful space for fellow members.
- Keep all communication, conversations, and personal shares within the Mastermind confidential.
- Honor diverse perspectives and speak with kindness and consideration.
- Accept that moderators reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, harmful, or non-inclusive.
- Understand that members who breach these guidelines will receive a warning and may be removed from the community if the behavior continues.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
While we provide resources, tools, and guidance to support your growth, we do not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on your personal effort, consistency, and engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LIFT, or any of their representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the program.
