The part of growth you can't do alone
LIFT Newsletter 066

You can be successful in your career and still feel like a beginner when you enter a new chapter.
A new role. A business you are building. A career you are deliberately stepping away from. Or simply a decision about what comes next.
Different circumstances, but often, the same underlying question:“What am I building, and is it rooted in who I am and what I believe?”
The strange thing is, you may not actually need more information. You may need space to think. Someone to challenge the way you are seeing things, who can help you notice the patterns you cannot see when you are too close to them.
So when you enter a new chapter, ask yourself three questions:
What am I carrying from my last chapter?
The beliefs, habits, fears, and ways of working that got you here.
What does this chapter require from me?
Maybe it asks for a different kind of leadership, courage, communication, or discipline.
Who is walking alongside me?
Someone who can challenge you, reflect things back to you, and keep you accountable.
Because sometimes, moving forward is not about having all the answers.
It is about having the right space, the right questions, and the right people around you to help you find your way.

This is especially important when you want your ambition and your faith to grow together.
You should not have to leave one behind to build the other.
That is why we built LIFT Mastermind.
Not another course to consume, but a space to be guided, challenged, and supported as you build what comes next, with your values, your faith, and the person you are becoming still in the room.
Because growth is not only about what you build.
It is about who you become while building it.
If that is the kind of growth you are looking for, come join us.
