My background in sales and marketing eventually led me to leadership coaching, where I found a deep passion for supporting teams and their individuals in building trust, commitment, and effective leadership.
I had the honor of being the Lead Author for the Well-Being Communique Values20 2022 for the G20 meet and was recognized by UN Women as a Champion for Change representing Singapore. I am also a top voice for Singapore for Linkedin.
I specialize in performance, leadership, and transformation coaching and have worked with international clients in the Asia Pacific region.
As the founder of LIFT - elevateX and COMB, I help the executive community super boost their potential and create authentic results beyond what they thought they can do. These efforts create environments where individuals feel valued and engaged, leading to sustainable results in increased productivity
LIFT was started as an avenue for individuals to set themselves up on their self-development path. Self-development, as the term suggests, can only be done by the self through learning, knowing and understanding the individual unique operating system and the influences that shaped it. LIFT does this by providing foundational principles of awareness on triggers, motivations, fear and trust et al, to establish the staring point for real transformation to take place.
