performance training and development. Armed with a background of arts management, MICE and Brand consulting, I'm especially drawn to somatic work, around Body, mind and spirit where working through awareness of imprints & conditioning deepens physical, mental and emotional connections.
This connects well for me, being deeply involved in the performing arts especially in Jazz. It is about integration and infusing everything into an authentic presentation, performance with a free voice emoting the expressing of the direct experience.
